For filling, in a small bowl, cream butter and sugar; add water, extract and food coloring until blended. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set. For topping, melt chocolate chips and butter. Cool 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spread over filling. Chill. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. Yield: 5-6 dozen.

I used the biscuit method. this method is the same because you have to do things in a time not all at once it takes a while. I mixed all the dry ingredients together and then mixed all the wet and then mixed together. also you use dough and drop it down on the pan. then put butter over it to make it ccrispie. I feel maybe if I let my filling set a little longer it would have turned out better. the Appearance; amazing goowy brownie
Taste; minty but chocolaty but very smooth
Texture; the sugar didn't dissolve all the way so pebbly but creamy
      Aroma; chocolate/Mint

I think I would make this again but just maybe if I had a little more time I felt rushed a little bit but I think it still turned out good enough for me. I learned don't rush just take your time and your product will be what you wanted it to be.
