  6. Remove cookies from oven when edges are golden brown and crispy, but centers are still soft
  7. Allow cookies to cool. Enjoy!
Preparation method:
I used to creaming method in this recipe. Most chocolate chip cookie recipes call for the creaming method, where butter is "creamed" with sugar to incorporate air into the dough. The chocolate chip cookies just might be the holy grail of home bakers, and rightly so. Dozens of chocolate chip cookie recipes demonstrate different attributes in a finished product-puffy, chewy, flat, crispy...

That's almost exactly what I leaned in my Baking and Pastry class to make a perfect cookie. The recipe and follow the directions. My friends and me was made a lot of cookies in class.

Critique:
Appearance: The Chocolate Chip Cookies was little soft, sticky, not too brittle. I can see the chocolate chips on top. Looks similar I made in class.

Taste: The Chocolate Chip Cookies tasted sweet. If you eat a cookie then you will want another one.

Texture: The Chocolate Chip Cookies little bit sticky because It was over mixture. It adhesion between powder and chocolate chips.

Aroma: The Chocolate Chip Cookies smelled sweet, the chocolate chip make the cookie smelling better.

Assessment:
In my free time, I would like to make that again. I like to eat chocolate chip cookies. My family also loved eating it. In next time, I'll carefully to remove it from the baking sheets. So if you remove the time it barely cooled, it will broken and separated out. I'll try to make better cookies!
