I used the creaming method to make these cookies.  The creaming method created aeration which  made tiny seed bubbles into the fat.  This method also increases the volume of fat in the product.  It occurs when sugar is cutting tiny holes into the fat which then seal over creating tiny bubbles.

The peanut blossoms turned out really good.  The cookie was very soft and dense with the peanut butter flavor.  It was very tender and creamy.  It tasted like peanut butter and sugar, so good. The chocolate kiss on top made it even better since you got the chocolate taste too.  These were the best peanut blossoms I have ever had.

I would absolutely make this cookie again.  I would not change anything for the next time I would make this cookie since it was already perfect.  Overall these cookies were the best cookies I have had in a long time.
