Soft Snickerdoodle Cookies

Soft Snickerdoodle Cookies
Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
2 3/4 cups flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Preheat over to 350 deg. F
Mix butter, sugar and eggs thoroughly in  a large bowl
Combine dry ingredients, then blend into butter mixture
Chill dough for 10-15 minutes in fridge
Meanwhile, mix 3 table spoons sugar and 3 teaspoons cinnamon in small bowl
Scoop or roll dough into 1 inch balls
Roll balls of dough into the cinnamon/sugar mixture
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes

Review:
Such an easy and great recipe. It was just delicious! I would definitely recommend this simple recipe. Before this class I wouldn't have chilled the dough I would have just put them in the oven and I now know that would have messed them up. The preparation was very simple for these cookies. I would make these again.
