I'm very excited to read and learn from all of your culinary adventures this semester. Please use this site as a way to share your most prized recipes as well as your successes and failures in the kitchen. It's okay that not every baked product turns out perfectly each time. What you learn from your experience is paramount to your final product. The saying goes as follows "You haven't failed, until you stop trying". So try new recipes, be adventurous and bake something delicious.

- Post, at least monthly, one recipe you baked from scratch. No, it can't be from a box, carton, or pre-packaged container.
- Upload a photo (if at all possible)
- Explain your preparation method and if you changed the recipe at all and why.
- Critique your final product - describe the final products appearance, taste, texture, aroma.
- You may use subjective terms, however, a majority of your critique should use objective terms to provide evidence.
- Sign your blog post with your first name, hour.
