PIZZA LOVE
Due to my hatred in cheese, pizza has been one of the few foods that I am very critical about due to how i order it with only the tomato sauce and the meat. In the three different pizza;s that i tasted, I judged the pizzas on the texture, the taste, the aroma, and the overall appearance; judging it without the cheese on it to give it a fair and better score due to how i just believe cheese makes everything disgusting. The three pizzas that i tried was a homemade White pizza, a homemade wheat pizza, and frozen pizza.
The homemade white pizza had a perfect golden crispy. It was fluffy on the inside and i could really taste the garlic in it. For texture I gave it a 2 due to the way it was slighty hard. The homemade white pizza had an amazing mouth watering appearance which made me give it a three, I really enjotyed it.
For the homemade wheat pizza, It had a stronger taste of the garlic in it, and neeeded more sauce, what really made me like the wheat pizza was the fact that I am a huge fan of wheat and the dough tasted really good to me it was just missing alot of things. The bread being soggy also dragged the overall acceptability of the pizza down.
the frozen pizza in my opinion lacked alot of things, but on the bright side, it had a very appealing thin crust, and had a good amount of tomato paste, but really needed more flavor to it. It was also very hard.
Critiqueing pizza has been a very interesting and fun thing to do, and here are my opinions on the three pizzas i had to taste
